Is Handango uk the buggiest site in the world!

Is it just me or does https://www.handango.com/uk/ qualify for the buggiest site in the world.  I haven't been able to order anything from it now since February - I only persist in trying because I wanted to get Pocket Streets for the Smartphone and it seems to be the only place you can buy it.  Customer support are worse than useless, offering standard scripted replies but never a solution to the fact that any and every order I place results in "An error occurred: FSS5: 'There was a problem processing your order. Please contact our support staff to complete your order.'".

When I go to update my profile the update button says: "(translator.getTranslation(UPDATE_MY_INFO))" (nice work!), and clicking the Home link from the account page gives a completely blank page with the text:  "We're sorry ...
The page you requested doesn't exist in this location. Please select a link from this page or contact us for further assistance." - of course there are no links on this page, and clicking "contact us" takes you to the US site, not the UK contact one.

There are other errors too that I can't be bothered to go through.

It wouldn't be so bad if this was a temporary situation, but this has been going on nearly this whole year.  I have sent numerous emails, but it looks as if Handango do not want my business.  And that's exactly what they are going to get.

Gates on Longhorn 06 changes

Following the announcements regarding the changes in Longhorn, read an interesting interview with Bill G here. Then check out the other viewpoints over at LonghornBlogs.com

.Net Tools from Chris Sells

Chris Sells is the Content Strategist for the Longhorn Developer Center web site on MSDN.

Browsing his site at http://www.sellsbrothers.com/ I found his tools page here: http://www.sellsbrothers.com/tools/.  There are some interesting little apps to have a play with, for example the FormatDesigner makes it easy to see how format strings work with multiple data types and cultures, and the .NET IM Client Classes lets you manage an IM connection and IM session.
